Greenhills Electrics, a dynamic and growing electrical service company based in Melbourne, is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. We provide a broad range of electrical services, with a focus on Electrical, Network, and Air Conditioning work.

Role Details:
Competitive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience).
Part-Time role starting at 1-2 days per week, with flexibility to increase hours as the company grows.
Fully equipped office in Thomastown.
Potential for this role to evolve into a full-time position, offering significant growth opportunities.
The Aim of This Role:
The aim of this role is to assist our Office Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. You will play a key role in managing daily tasks, supporting client relationships, and ensuring efficient office management, all while contributing to the success of Greenhills Electrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception duties: managing phone calls and emails
General administrative tasks and office support
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Assisting the Head of Administration with larger projects and day-to-day operations
Scheduling and managing job calendars
Maintaining office cleanliness and organisation
Assisting with stock management
Supporting invoicing and quoting processes
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to multi-ask and thrive in a fast paced environment
Basic computer skills (Email, Word, and online systems)
Bookkeeping skills (experienced preferred but not required)
Experience with Xero and Aroflo is a bonus but not essential
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
